Last week, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office SWAT Team, in coordination with detectives from the Violent Offender Fugitive Task Force, located a violent offender in the 700 block of North Blaney Road in unincorporated El Paso County.

El Paso County Sheriff Joseph Roybal issued the following statement following a series of stories coming from local and national media regarding joint law enforcement activity over the weekend in the Pikes Peak region: 

In October 2024, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Regional Communications Center received information from an elderly citizen who stated they had been a victim of a scamming phone call.

On Sunday, April 27, 2025, at approximately 3:30 am, El Paso County Sheriff’s Office deputies assisted the U.S.

On April 23, 2025, at approximately 11:53 pm, a call came into the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Regional Communications Center, reporting a domestic violence assault at a residence in the 1400 block of Hathaway Drive in the Cimarron Hills area of unincorporated El Paso County.

This Wednesday, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office was honored to receive a $15,000 donation from God’s Pantry Ministry, a local non-profit located in the Security-Widefield area of unincorporated El Paso County. 

This weekend, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit conducted a surge operation to reduce speeding and impaired driving on roads in unincorporated El Paso County. 

On April 20, 2025, an El Paso County Sheriff’s Office patrol deputy conducted a routine check around the Econolodge Hotel on Panamint Court in the Cimarron Hills area of unincorporated El Paso County.

Today, deputies from the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with El Paso County Code Enforcement and “Keep Colorado Springs Beautiful,” conducted a cleanup operation in the B Street area of unincorporated El Paso County.
