On April 22, 2016, at approximately 9:15 AM, deputies were following up on a missing persons report, which led them to the Public Storage Facility in the 4400 block of E. Platte Avenue.  When deputies arrived on scene, they made entry into a storage unit where a deceased individual was found.

The victim has been identified as Julie Tureson, DOB: 10/28/82.  The manner of death has been ruled a homicide.

We would like to express our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Julie.  We would also like to thank our law enforcement partners to include the Department of Homeland Security, FBI, US State Department, Seattle Police Department, Colorado Springs Police Department, Denver Police Department and the 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office for their assistance in our investigation and apprehending James Woo.
