Victim in Springs Mobile Home Structure Fire Identified

On December 12, 2018, at approximately 9:05 pm, a structure fire was reported at a residence in the Springs Mobile Home Community, located in the 1000 block of Western Dr. Fire personnel responded and, after extinguishing the fire, discovered a deceased male inside the residence. 

The Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as 64-year-old Steven Cryer.  We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Mr. Cryer.

Information related to the investigation of the cause of the fire will be released by the Colorado Springs Fire Department.
