Suspect in Kokomo Street Stabbing Arrested

On September 14, 2021, at approximately 2:41 PM, deputies were dispatched to the 130 block of Kokomo Street, in Unincorporated El Paso County, in reference to a Domestic Violence call reported by witnesses. At the same time a male arrived at the UC Health ER in Fountain with a stab wound.

Upon arrival, deputies found a large scene and contacted an female associated to the Domestic Violence call. The male associated to the Domestic Violence call was driven to the Fountain Urgent Care by a witness and subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment. In an ensuing investigation, EPSO deputies and detectives determined this was an isolated incident and identified a suspect.

The suspect, identified as Delilah Williams, DOB: 09/17/1983, was arrested and booked into the El Paso County Jail on the following charges:
Criminal Attempt Murder in the 2nd Degree,
Second Degree Assault, and
Child Abuse without Injury/Knowing or Reckless.
