Sheriff's Office Makes Two Arrests in Highway 24 Homicide

On Saturday, April 8th, 2017, at approximately 4:52 PM, Deputies were dispatched to the 21800 block of East Highway 24 regarding a found body.
 
When deputies arrived on scene they located a deceased male. Detectives arrived on scene and, through the course of their investigation, the suspicious death was determined to be a homicide.
 
The victim was identified as 23 year old Lawrence D. Gloster II.
 
On April 20th, 2017, the Sheriff’s Office Investigations Division booked Anthony Loya, DOB: 9/28/91, into the Criminal Justice Center on the charges of Murder in the First Degree and Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the First Degree.  Jorge Galvan-Flores, DOB: 10/4/82, was booked into the Criminal Justice Center earlier the same morning on the charges of Murder in the First Degree and Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the First Degreean and arrest warrant for the charge of Possession of Weapons by Previous Offender.
