At approximately 12:06 AM, October 16, 2015, the Sheriff's Office Dispatch Center received a call reference shooting.  When deputies got on scene, they found a female who had a gunshot wound to the head.  They also found a deceased male with a gunshot wound to the head.  The dog was also shot.

The investigation has revealed the suspect in this case is the ex-husband of the victim. The suspect has been identified as Maxwell Garihan, DOB: 6/16/56.  He is described as a white male, 5'10" with brown hair and brown eyes.  He is driving a 2002 white Ford F250.  An Arrest Warrant has been signed and he is wanted for First Degree Murder and Attempted First Degree Murder.
