Sheriff's Office Looking for Missing Teen

On April 5, 2016, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office began searching for a missing teen, 15 year old Jasmine Hart.  She is 5'03" tall, weighs approximately 130lbs, and has black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen April 5, 2016, at approximately 3:15PM, while walking the family dog in the area of Witches Hollow Lane and Garman Drive in Colorado Springs. Although the dog has been returned to the family, Jasmine’s whereabouts are still unknown. Additionally, on the same date, the family received information that Jasmine maybe with her “homeboy” an unidentified male friend.

Jasmine was last seen wearing a black tank top, black shorts and black "Vans" sneakers. She was wearing two friendship bracelets on her left hand and a hospital bracelet on her right hand.  Jasmine has scars on her left wrist, a belly button piercing, a cross scar on her lower left abdomen and a big scar on her left thigh.  The current health and welfare of Jasmine is unknown and there is concern for her safety as she is known to live a high risk lifestyle.
