On September 8, 2015, the Sheriff's Office responded to a call of Check the Welfare.  The reporting party stated  she was very concerned about her daughter and grandson.

Donna Curtis DOB 04/10/72, and her son Anthony Curtis DOB 01/04/93, have not been heard from since 6:00 PM, on Monday, September 7, 2015.  A ping of her phone through her cell phone provider located her in Fort Collins around 7:40 PM, on Monday, September 7, 2015.  Fort Collins Police Department responded to the location, but were unable to locate Ms. Curtis or Anthony.

Ms. Curtis' vehicle is a 1999 Maroon Chevrolet Malibu bearing the license plate of 796QJD.  Based on information provided to us, we believe Ms. Curtis could potentially harm her son and/or herself.
