On Thursday, July 7, 2016, a male suspect used a stolen credit card from a victim in El Paso County to make several fraudulent purchases at the Park Meadows Mall and surrounding area. 
 
The purchases included $400 at the Cheese Cake Factory, several small charges at vending machines, and a $100 charge at a Starbucks in Littleton. 
 
The suspect is a white male possibly of Cuban descent, medium height and weight, wearing dark colored dress pants, and a long sleeved button up dress shirt
