On March 24, 2016, at approximately 11:30 AM, Joseph Franklin, DOB: 7/2/99 (16yrs) left his residence in the 500 block of Rose Drive after an argument with his parents.  His current location is unknown but he is known to frequent the area of Main Street, Security Boulevard and Highway 85/87.  He is also known to carry weapons.

Joseph is 5'10" tall and weighs approximately 220lbs, has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and white and red tennis shoes.  He does not have his medication with him and we are very concerned for his safety.
