Sheriff's Office Looking for Assistance in Identifying Suspect in Sexual Assault

On October 10, 2017, between 6:40 PM-7:40 PM, a juvenile female victim was violently abducted and forced into the back of an SUV in the area of Harvard Street and Widefield Boulevard in Security.  She was subsequently sexually assaulted, then dragged from the vehicle in the area of Widefield Boulevard and Grinnell Boulevard.

The suspect is described as a White male in his 40's, 6'0" tall, with brown eyes and a skinny/average build.  At the time of the assault the suspect was wearing black sweat pants, a grey shirt and an "army colored" hat.  He has a scar on his right hand between his index finger and thumb.  The victim bit him on his right forearm, leaving a mark.

The suspect vehicle is described as possibly a black Nissan Rogue or Saturn Vue.  Stock photos of these two vehicles are attached to this Media Release.
