Sheriff's Office Looking for Additional Victims in Criminal Mischief Case

On Saturday, February 18, 2017, at approximately 9:32 PM, Deputies were dispatched to the 7700 block of Bullet Road in reference to a Criminal Mischief.  The reporting party stated he reviewed surveillance footage from his home and discovered that at approximately 9:00 PM, someone had thrown eggs at his residence causing damage to the house.

During the investigation, Deputies determined there were several other victims of Criminal Mischief on Bullet Road.

Through the course of the investigation, two juveniles were identified and located. They admitted to damaging property in the Falcon area.  They met up with three other juveniles at the WalMart in Falcon and purchased eggs. The five individuals drove around the Falcon area throwing eggs at homes and vehicles. The estimated damage to each specific address was under $1000.00.

The first two juveniles were both served summonses for five counts of Criminal Mischief and released back to their parents after being photographed and fingerprinted. Additional follow-up will be conducted to locate and contact the other three juveniles.
