On October 5, 2015, an unidentified African-American female used the identity of a victim, who resides in El Paso County, to apply for a Costco membership in Westminster, CO. On the same day at another Costco in Superior, CO, the suspect purchased a computer with a fraudulent check belonging to the victim and returned it the same day obtaining cash back. The suspect then canceled the membership.
