Sheriff's Office Asks for Assistance in Locating a Juvenile

On January 27, 2020, the Sheriff's Office took a report for a juvenile runaway, eleven year old Gannon Stauch. He was last seen on January 27th, 2020, in his home by his step-mother between 3:15 PM - 4:00 PM, he resides in the 6000 block of Mandan Drive, Security, Colorado. 

Gannon is approximately 4’9" tall, weighs approximately 90 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.  The step-mother explained sometime between 3:15 PM - 4:00 PM, Gannon left his home on foot to play at a friends house down the street.  He was wearing a blue jacket with hood, jeans, and tennis shoes.

Our Major Crimes Detectives have assumed responsibility over this case.  They are actively searching for evidence and taking all witness statements at this time.  This case was referred to Major Crimes for their ability to gather information and use great focus with their investigative training.

Three photos of Gannon Stauch is attached to this Media Release.  Any information may prove valuable in solving the case and could consist of things as simple as anyone remembering suspicious vehicles or people they saw in or around the area on the date of this incident.
