Law Enforcement Seizes 300 Marijuana Plants and Arrests Two in Connection to Illegal Marijuana Grow

On July 31, 2019, at approximately 8:00 AM, law enforcement executed search warrants on two properties in the 20000 block of Deputy Point and a knock and talk on a third property regarding illegal marijuana cultivation.  There were approximately 300 marijuana plants, four firearms and nine emaciated and neglected dogs seized from the three properties. The Humane Society took possession of all animals.

Abdiel Delgado, DOB: 01/27/89 was arrested and booked into the El Paso County Jail for an outstanding warrant for Offenses Relating to Marijuana.

Elieser Curbelo, DOB: 04/26/75 was arrested and booked into the El Paso County Jail for Offenses Relating to Marijuana.
