Law Enforcement Makes Arrests In Illegal Marijuana Cultivation in Eastern El Paso County

On Thursday, August 16, 2018, law enforcement executed five search warrants in eastern El Paso County regarding illegal marijuana cultivation.  The addresses include several in the 200-400 Blk Weissenfluh Road and an address in the 33900 Blk Hwy 94.  There were approximately 300 marijuana plants, 72 pounds of processed marijuana, and $11,716 in cash seized. 

Emil Benitez, DOB 05/30/70, was arrested and booked into the Criminal Justice Center Jail for three Drug Felony Offenses Relating to Marijuana.   He is being held on a 50,000 bond.

Yordis Rodriguez-Martinez, DOB 02/01/84, was arrested and booked into the Criminal Justice Center Jail for three Drug Felony Offenses Relating to Marijuana.   He is being held on a 50,000 bond.
 
Alfredo Arcaya-Gonzalez, DOB 11/17/66, was arrested and booked into the Criminal Justice Center Jail for two Drug Felony Offenses Relating to Marijuana.  He is being held on a 50,000 bond.
