Beginning May 20, 2020, we began an investigation after receiving information from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC).

After serving search warrants and conducting interviews, probable cause was established for a suspect's arrest.

On July 10, 2020, the lead detective in this case arrested Felix Pink Floyd Apurillo Centina, DOB: 04/01/1986, for Sexual Exploitation of a Child.

Apurillo Centina has been booked into the El Paso County Jail and his mug shot has been attached to this press release.  

Apurillo Centina is an employee of the Colorado Department of Corrections and has been placed on Administrative Leave.
