On May 6, 2021, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office deputies received information of an alleged stalking incident.

The victim was able to name the suspect. The investigation involved allegations of Felony Stalking on a female victim by Daniel McShan (DOB:05/06/1982).

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office Patrol Division deputies arrested Daniel McShan and booked him into the El Paso County Jail on Felony Stalking.

Due to concerns for the victim's privacy, no additional details surrounding the investigation will be released.
