Colorado Springs Intertribal Powwow

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office will have a booth setup and will be providing information to the community.

One Nation Walking Together, a Native charity that provides items to the needy for daily living, is hosting a one-day Native American Traditional Powwow. This family-friendly event draws almost 3,000 people annually. Celebrate Native history and culture and enjoy Native drums and dancers, Native art and artisans, birds of prey and live wolf exhibits, Aztec Dancers, Native vendors, Native food, such as Navajo tacos and fry bread, kid’s activities, and much more.

Admission is $5.00. Native Americans in full regalia and children 12 and under admitted free. Please bring donations of non-perishable food to help feed the hungry. The event will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Grand Entry at 11:00 a.m. No drugs, alcohol or pets (except service animals) permitted. Doors open at 9:30 AM. All proceeds support One Nation Walking Together.
