Every year law enforcement officers from all over Colorado join together in a partnership with our communities to support Special Olympics Colorado programs through fundraising and public relations while enhancing the quality of life for our athletes.  

This event is scheduled for Friday, June 13th.  It will be a joint event with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, Colorado Springs Police Department, Fountain Police Department and Manitou Springs Police Department.   The run will begin at 11:30 AM in Manitou Springs and end at the Police Operations Center (4.4 miles), where a ceremony will begin at 12:30 PM.   Following the ceremony there will be a short run with the Special Olympics athletes followed by refreshments.
